Reaching and engaging customers in today’s media landscape is increasingly challenging.
As one of the main designers on Westpac’s customer comms, I worked on a comprehensive bank of CX work, that has successfully driven customer engagement across various channels: eDM journeys, direct mail, retail screens, OOH, social and landing pages. With the introduction of motion within the brand, we were able to create playful and engaging comms, even making banking products look sexy.
