To achieve this, we turned to the power of empathic storytelling and documentary-style video content. By showcasing leaders in an authentic, human light, we brought their values, vision, and personalities to life in a way that fostered meaningful connection.
Results: We found on average a 50%+ increase in click-through from global emails and slack channels to the company intranet. We also received positive feedback from the leadership team and senior stakeholders. Our comms team also received specific messages from employees who resonated with the content, felt more engaged with their leader called the videos "magic".
